Angela writes: "Thanks so much to my colleague Alun Cairns for being at the finish line to welcome the Eaves family and their supporters on Barry Island this afternoon.
"It's been wonderful to watch their progress, their enthusiasm and their sheer ability to keep going over many days and 200 miles in what I'm sure has been a very emotional time for the family now they have finished their amazing Walk for Pia.
"Thanks so much to everyone who joined them on part of their journey to walk alongside and to those who donated towards life saving treatment and research for pancreatic cancer. To have raised nearly £150,000 and exceeded their target by 50% is a huge achievement."
