I was pleased to be able to present the Second Reading of my Presentation Bill, the Animals (low-welfare activities) Bill. A huge amount of work has been done on this bill by many people, all of whom have my thanks.

I took the opportunity to ask Stuart Andrew MP, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State for Sport, Tourism, Heritage and Civil Society about the outreach work done by The Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford into Stoke and Westborough.

Angela had a lovely visit to Guildford Grove School, meeting the headteacher and chair of governors before being given a tour by pupils.

Tormead School played host to Angela Richardson speaking to the Sixth Form students about her role as an MP and about local and national politics.

Angela had the pleasure of meeting the team at Nationwide on Guildford High Street, getting to look around the branch and learn about the support that they provide to their members and to the local community.

Local residents in Alfold joined together to discuss flooding issues in the village, as well as general infrastructure points with Angela Richardson MP earlier today.

Over the summer, Angela Richardson sent out a transport survey to thousands of Guildford residents living along the A3 in Burpham, Onslow and other areas.

Following Angela Richardson MP's letter to the Secretary of State Michael Gove MP, on the planning application at North Street, the Department have issued an Article 31 notice on the application.

Angela had a wonderful time celebrating the fantastic improvement in the most recent Ofsted Inspection for Activate Learning, at the Guildford College campus this morning, with CEO Gary Headland, staff and students.
